The Next Chapter of Rebel Wellness

Rebel Wellness is stepping into its next chapter. 🖤

If you’ve been here for a while, you know this little Rebel has already lived a few lives. Think more than a cat has!

There have been moves, closures, back to corporate jobs and in and out of massage rooms.

These past few years brought changes, experiments, and a lot of my own personal growth. Things that worked beautifully and things that taught me what I never want to do again. 😂

And through all of it, so many of you stayed. You followed. You supported. You trusted me. You allowed Rebel Wellness the space to grow and become.

Thank you. Truly.

As we move toward our third year, I’ve been thinking less about adding more and more about going deeper.

This next chapter isn't about filling a menu with new offers.

It’s about connection.

Community.

And creating a place that feels different the moment you walk through the door.

I want you to feel your shoulders drop.

That long exhale.

The one where your body seems to realize before your mind does...

Oh. I can put it down here.

I want warm light. Dark corners. Wood and greenery. Comfortable chairs. Quiet moments. A little mystery. A little rebellion.

I want the space to feel like it has stories.

And more importantly, I want it to become a place where stories are told.

Where people connect.

Where conversations happen that might not happen anywhere else.

Where we learn from each other. Laugh together. Sit quietly together. Share pieces of this messy human experience without feeling like we have to have everything figured out first.

Because wellness doesn't only happen on a massage table.

Sometimes it happens when someone feels seen.

Sometimes it happens through conversation.

Sometimes it happens when you realize someone else has walked through something you thought you were walking through alone.

And sometimes healing begins simply because you've finally found a place where you don't have to perform.

That is the community I want to build.

Not bigger just for the sake of being bigger.

Not more services just for the sake of having more things to sell.

Deeper. More intentional. More connected.

So yes, you may notice Rebel changing again.

Furniture moving. Wood slabs appearing. Plants multiplying like they pay rent. 😂 Things being stained, rearranged and probably rearranged three more times because apparently I have opinions.

But underneath all of those changes is something much bigger.

I'm not simply redesigning a lobby.

I'm creating the gathering place I have pictured in my head for a very long time.

A place where you can walk through the door and know:

You are welcome here.

Your story is welcome here.

You don't have to have it all together here.

The world can wait outside for a while.

Come in.

Exhale.

Set it down.

Stay awhile.
