1. Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required to schedule any service.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your session. Deposits are applied toward your total balance and are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice.

2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Life happens, but communication matters.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• Late cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may result in restricted future booking privileges.

By booking, you authorize Rebel Wellness LMT to charge your card on file for these fees.

3. Arrival and Late Policy

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes early for your session. Arriving early does not extend your session time.
Your scheduled session will begin and end within the time slot that was booked.

If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to maintain the schedule for other clients. Full payment is still required.

4. Health and Safety

You must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, medications, or contraindications prior to your session. This ensures safe and effective treatment.
Rebel Wellness reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service if a condition presents a risk to your health, the therapist, or other clients.

5. Professional Boundaries

Rebel Wellness LMT is a professional massage and wellness practice.
Any form of inappropriate behavior, solicitation, or sexual misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session, full charge of the service, and permanent dismissal from the practice.

Respectful communication and boundaries protect both the client and the therapist.

6. Confidentiality and HIPAA Compliance

All client information is confidential and handled according to HIPAA standards.
Details shared in your sessions are private and will not be disclosed without your written consent, except when required by law, such as cases involving imminent harm or abuse reporting.

7. Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service.
Accepted forms include credit or debit card, cash, or Rebel Wellness gift certificates.
Tips are appreciated but never expected.

8. Refunds and Gift Certificates

Refunds are not issued for completed services, packages, memberships, or deposits.
Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable but may be applied toward any eligible service or retail product.

9. Membership and Packages

Memberships and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Sessions do not roll over unless stated in your agreement.
Membership clients are billed automatically on the 1st of each month.

Membership cancellations require a 30-day written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Notices must be submitted in writing by email to tammy.rebelwellness@gmail.com.

If you are a monthly member, you may book additional sessions at your member rate. These sessions are charged at the time of service.

Rebel Wellness reserves the right to adjust service and membership pricing at any time to reflect changes in business operations, supplies, or the overall economy. Clients will be notified in advance of any rate adjustments.

10. Retail and Product Purchases

All retail sales, including oils, lotions, and self-care products, are final.
If a product is defective or causes an allergic reaction, please contact Rebel Wellness within 7 days for resolution.

11. Liability Waiver

By scheduling a service, you acknowledge that massage therapy and wellness coaching are not substitutes for medical care and that the practitioner does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
You release Rebel Wellness LMT, its owner, and affiliates from any liability for injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation in services, except in cases of gross negligence.

12. Sound Bath, Group, and Event Participation

Participation in sound baths or group sessions is voluntary.
You assume all responsibility for your comfort and safety during participation.
Please notify the facilitator of any health concerns before the session.

13. Agreement

By scheduling, booking, or purchasing a service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
Your booking serves as a digital signature of consent and agreement.
