It is a layered recovery experience combining compression therapy, scalp treatment, and foot work to support circulation, reduce tension, and calm the nervous system. Perfect for athletes, caregivers, high performers, or anyone feeling overworked, burned out, or disconnected from their body. Your session begins with Air Leg Compression Therapy, using rhythmic pressure to stimulate circulation, reduce swelling, and support recovery. This helps relieve heaviness in the legs whether you are on your feet all day or sitting for long hours. As your body begins to settle, you are guided into a Warm Oil Scalp Treatment. A blend of castor, rosemary, ylang ylang, lavender, peppermint, and cedarwood oils is massaged into the scalp to ease tension, support circulation, and promote deep mental relaxation. To complete your reset, a Magnesium Foot Massage with Hot Towels grounds the body. Magnesium supports muscle and nerve function while focused foot work helps release full-body tension and bring the nervous system into a calm, regulated state. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All services must be booked online through our Rebel Wellness booking system. A credit card, ACH, or active membership is required to reserve your session. Members: Your included monthly massage is automatically applied at checkout. Additional sessions are billed at your locked-in rate at the time of booking. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Sessions begin and end on time; late arrival shortens your session. Cancellation Policy 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session fee (or deducted from your membership credit). Emergencies happen. If you’re sick, injured, or something major comes up, reach out—we’ll handle it with fairness and respect. Waitlist Policy If the time you want is booked, add yourself to the waitlist through the booking system. Should a spot open, the system will automatically notify you by email/text. Openings are first-come, first-serve. You’ll need to confirm the booking promptly or it will move to the next client in line. Membership clients have equal access to the waitlist. Extra sessions still follow your locked-in member rate.
