Group Sound Bath with Rebel Wellness This isn’t background music. It’s full-body medicine. Crystal bowls, gong, crystal harp, and chimes weave frequencies that drop you into deep rest—the kind your nervous system has been begging for. You don’t have to “do” anything. Just lie back on mats and bolsters, close your eyes, and let vibration clear the static your body’s been carrying. September 7th at 6PM, the room glows with peace and resonance. This is where stress loosens, trauma softens, and your body remembers what calm feels like.

Thank you for joining a Group Sound Bath at Rebel Wellness. This experience uses crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sound instruments to create deep relaxation and nervous system reset. While most participants find sound baths soothing, there are some considerations to be aware of. Possible Experiences & Risks Deep relaxation, emotional release, or vivid imagery may occur. Sound vibrations may sometimes cause dizziness, ringing in the ears, or discomfort. Not recommended for individuals with: Severe or untreated mental health conditions (schizophrenia, psychosis) Epilepsy or a history of seizures Severe tinnitus, recent ear surgery, or sound sensitivity disorders First trimester pregnancy (unless cleared by your provider) Presence of a pacemaker or implanted device sensitive to vibration Participant Responsibilities You are encouraged to bring comfort items (blanket, pillow, eye mask) and to listen to your body. Please inform the facilitator if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, seizure history, or any condition that may be impacted by sound or vibration. You may leave the space quietly if you feel overwhelmed. Consent & Release I understand that a Group Sound Bath is a wellness experience, not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. I have disclosed any relevant health conditions and will take responsibility for my participation. I release Rebel Wellness and its facilitators from liability for any physical, mental, or emotional response that may occur during or after this session, except in cases of gross negligence. By booking or attending this event, I agree that I have read and consent to the above terms, and I confirm that I have no contraindications to participating in a Group Sound Bath.
