With a minimum 3-month commitment, this membership creates structure and accountability, helping you stay consistent with your self-care instead of starting over every time stress builds back up. Each month, you receive a 60-minute Integrative Massage customized to your body’s needs, plus three add-ons of your choice to enhance your session and deepen your results. Cancellation Policy
Effective October 2025 Monthly Membership Policy Overview Rebel Wellness Monthly Memberships are designed to provide consistent, integrative massage care for clients who value ongoing support rather than occasional sessions. Memberships prioritize continuity of care, reserved scheduling, and long-term results. Memberships are billed automatically on the 1st of each month, and a valid payment method must remain on file. All Monthly Memberships require a 90-day minimum activation period beginning on the date of enrollment. During this activation period, memberships must remain active and cannot be canceled. This structure ensures fairness, consistency, and protects the integrity of member pricing. Each membership includes one integrative massage session per month at the selected duration. Sessions are customized and may include therapeutic massage techniques, hot towels, targeted hot or cold stone spot treatment, and acupressure tools as appropriate. Techniques are selected based on session goals and professional judgment. Not all tools are used every session. Sessions are intended to be used within the billing month. One unused session may carry over for up to 30 days in limited circumstances such as illness, emergency, or scheduling conflicts. Carryover is not automatic and must be approved. Sessions unused beyond this window are forfeited and do not accumulate indefinitely. Membership sessions are non-transferable. A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals that prevent completion of a session result in the session being forfeited. After the 90-day activation period, memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date. All membership payments are non-refundable, including unused sessions or partial months. Add-on services, including CBD products, specialty oils, and extended-time enhancements, are not included in membership pricing and carry an additional fee. Legacy memberships retain their original pricing and terms as long as they remain active. Rebel Wellness reserves the right to update policies with notice and to terminate memberships for policy violations or inappropriate conduct. Enrollment constitutes agreement to all terms.
